Where Are Your Signs of Welcome?
In the keynote address at United Voices for Children's annual breakfast, the Rev. Margaret Ann Williams, Associate Executive Director/Church Relations at Marcy-Newberry Association, Chicago, said: "We can’t just complain about what happened this year in Chicago’s Englewood Community where we have four United Methodist churches. We’ve got to roll up our sleeves and work together. We have to be more concerned, start thinking and believing that all children everywhere must be safe, must live and make their ways in society."
